On 20th July 2025, at the Ales on Rails 200 event at the Midland Railway, DB Cargo Class 66/0 No. 66175, 'Rail Riders Express', one of several Class 66s attending the event, arrives at Butterley Station. DB Cargo Class 67 No. 67007 'The Queen's Messenger' was on the rear of the train.
