LMS Black 5 No. 45212 is seen on a move from Weymouth to Bristol on 26th July 2025. The loco had failed with a hot box on the tender while working the 'Dorset Coast Express' on July 23.Further issues were encountered at Yeovil Pen Mill during this move, and the loco would fail at Plymouth the next day on the 'Royal Duchy' with the same issue.
