On 12th August 2025, Class 66s Nos. 66021 and 66117 haul Theale to Robeston empty tanks past the signal box at Pembrey and Burry Port. The signal box is due to close on 2nd November 2025, when colour lights will replace the semaphores and control passed to Port Talbot.
