The only surviving ex North Staffordshire Railway loco Class L 0-6-2T No. 2, somewhat defaced by smokebox embellishment, in the Museum at Caverswall Road Foxfield Railway on 6th September 2025. Withdrawn by the LMS in the early 1920's the loco served for many years at NCB Walkden Manchester and was then preserved by Staffordshire County Council out of site at Shugborough County Museum and has now found its way after several meanderings back close to home.
