On the 6th February 2013, the Network Rail Test Train visited lines in the North East of England. Running as 1Q13, the train, TnT by DRS Class 37 No's. 37605 and 37607, ran from York, Holgate to Heaton, Newcastle, via Teesside, Whitby, Bishop Auckland and the East Coast Main Line. In this view at Battersby Junction, the train, having arrived from Whitby, is about to change direction to proceed to Middlesbrough, with No. 37605 as the leading locomotive.
