In the morning on 16th July 2025, Gresley A4 Pacific No. 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresley' passes Mossband, just north of Carlisle, with 'The Edinburgh Summer Explorer' from Stoke-on-Trent to Edinburgh Waverley, promoted by Saphos Trains. LSL Class 57, No. 57311 'The Institution of Mechanical Engineers', is at the rear of this train.
No. 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresley', came on at Carlisle for the leg from Carlisle to Edinburgh, over Beattock Summit.
