The Chiemsee Bahn, opened in 1887 and still using its original rolling-stock, makes a gentle, 2Km trundle from the DB station of Prien, between Munich and Salzburg, down to Stock Hafen on the Chiemsee. Here, the only train, headed by the 0-4-0 tram engine, waits for passengers at Prien Chiemsee Bahnhof.
