With the commencement of the Winter Timetable many of the former Birmingham New St-Scotland services now commence at London Euston and this has resulted in the ludicrous former practice of the service being operated exclusively by diesel powered Super Voyagers undertaking the whole journey under the wires now being operated more frequently by Virgin Pendolinos. Class 390 Pendolino No. 390154 passes non stop through Stafford on 7,43 Euston-Glasgow via Birmingham on 30th January 2014
