On 25th September 2020, high winds caused a mechanical failure to one of the barriers at Trimley level crossing eventually resulting in the barrier arm snapping in two & landing on the adjacant footbridge. Shortly afterwards Class 755 No. 755337 cautiously approaches Trimley with a service to Felixtowe
