BR Standard Class 4MT 2-6-4T No. 80080 derailed on 20th August 2022, just North of Duffield Station, Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, when it was running around its train. This serious derailment caused cancellation of services at the EVR. Here is the scene on the following day on 21st August 2022, when a team gathered to discuss how they were going to re-rail No. 80080. services on the EVR were limited to diesel haulage from Wirksworth to Shottle and return.
