Since their introduction to the UK rail network during the 1970s, the iconic HSTs have worn numerous liveries throughout their lengthy careers, two of which are captured in this photograph taken Patchway. Leading the 04:41 London Paddington-Derby RTC working is Colas Rail branded Class 43 No. 43274 with former LNER-liveried power car (with Network Rail branding) No. 43290 bringing up the rear on an overcast 3rd February 2023.
