On the 17th July 2023, Lumo Class 803, No. 803004, departs from Newcastle Central station with the 12.18, Lumo service from London King's Cross to Edinburgh Waverley.
To the left a Trans Pennine Express , No. 802209, which has previously arrived at platform 3 with the 09.24, Trans Pennine Express service from Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle Central, will depart later with the 15.43 service from Newcastle to Manchester Piccadilly.
