ROG Class 37/8 No. 37884 pauses briefly at Newport while bringing the last two Class 507 units from Birkenhead North Depot to Unimetals (formerly Sims) at Newport Docks on 23rd January 2025. No. 507029 will be scrapped and No. 507001 will enter preservation, moving initally to Derby. On the left is GWRs No. 802111 working a Paddington to Cardiff service.
