The long awaited return of the Brighton Belle pullman trainset took place on 28th January 2025 when it was trialled betwee Crewe and Chester using Class 20s Nos. 20132 and 20118 Saltburn by-the-Sea working in top and tail mode. Here, No. 20118 is seen in the sidings waiting to return the ensemble to Crewe for a second round trip later in the day.
