On the 1st September 2022, GBRf Class 66/7 No. 66756 'Royal Corps of Signals' has almost reached its destination, while working; the 12.21, GBRf loaded stone service from Cemex at Peak Forest to the GBRf terminal at Selby. Waiting to depart from platform 2 to the left is a 6 car, TransPennine Express Class 185 set, comprising 185102 leading and 185112 visible at the rear, forming: the 15.03 TransPennine Express service from Hull to Stalybridge, which was partially cancelled between Stalybridge and Manchester Piccadilly, due to damage from a lightning strike.
