On the 5th July 2025, a DRS Class 68, No. 68001 'Evolution', passes Carlisle Citadel station running 51 minutes late, while hauling the 12.05 DRS intermodal from Daventry to Coatbridge.
DRS Class 57 No. 57309 'Pride of Crewe', the current Thunderbird, is in the background.
