On the 26th November 2022, pair of Transnet Class 35 locomotives, Nos. 35.449 with 35.499 to the rear are seen at Cape Town harbour. To the rear are: to the right a former SAR Class 24 No. 3655, a 2-8-4 locomotive built by North British in Glasgow in 1949 and in the background, the unique SAR Class 26 No. 3450 'Red Devil'; a 4-8-4 locomotive built by Henschel in Germany in 1953 and modified in 1980.
