Class 37 No. 37198, which was previously numbered D6898, is seen on display on a short section of track at the recently developed Hopetown railway museum, based on the North Road / Head of Steam Railway Museum, in Darlington. Much work has taken place to open Hopetown for the 200 year celebrations of the Stockton and Darlington Railway this year.
