On two consecutive Sundays in September to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the formation of the GWR steam returned to the Looe branch in Cornwall under the name 'The Looe Valley Explorer'. On 19th September 2010 GWR 0-6-0PT number No. 9466 leads on the approach to the level crossing near Sandplace with the 15.40 Looe to Liskeard with 37685 tailing the 4-coach working. As may be seen on this image one photographer guaranteed himself a solitary location from which he could take his photograph by using his boat.
