On 1st May 2011 Pathfinder Tours 'The Pembroke Coast Express' was steam hauled throughout its return journey, 1Z26, 14.15 Pembroke Dock to Bristol Temple Meads and No. 6024 'King Edward 1' is seen here about to leave the Pembroke Dock branch to rejoin the mainline at Whitland. At this point it was working quite hard as it had to await the passage of a Milford Haven bound service (on the mainline) and had a stiff climb with 12-coaches and a Class 66.
