English Electric Type 4 diesel electric No. 325 stabled between duties at Edge Hill MPD on 26th May 1972. New from Vulcan Foundry in December 1960 and first allocated to Crewe North (5A), it later became Class 40 No. 40125 under TOPS in 1974. The loco was withdrawn in May 1981 and cut-up at Swindon Works during December 1983.
