Stabled between duties at Bristol Bath Road MPD on 21st August 1971 are Brush Type 4 diesel electric No. 1564 and 'Warship' diesel hydraulic No. 807 'Caradoc'. New from Crewe Works in March 1964 and first allocated to Sheffield Darnall (41A), the former became Class 47 No. 47447 under TOPS, was withdrawn in March 1991 and cut-up by CF Booth of Rotherham during March 1994. The 'Warship' was new from Swindon Works in June 1959 and first allocated to Laira. It was withdrawn in September 1972 and cut-up at it's birthplace in November of that year.
