Dwarfed by the height of the new electrification signal gantry and the lengths of empty track, tamping machine No. DR73804 'James Watt' travels through Newbury on its way from Micheldever back to Westbury TC on 1st April 2016, on which day you could be fooled into thinking that the gantry is being supported by the Sterling tower a half mile in the distance.
