Yesterday evening's Britannic Explorer test run to Cranmore has produced an unexpected early return the following morning to London Victoria. The luxury train is seen at speed by the old keepers cottage at Crofton crossing in the charge of dedicated Class 66/7 No. 66748 with classmate No. 66708 at the rear, still on the curve by the pumping station.
