Class 57/3 No. 57312 sweeps round the curve at Kintbury in the Kennet Valley with GW sleeper ECS travelling at nearly 90mph, faster than the preceding IET service, on 20th May 2025. After a slightly late start from Plymouth Laira it has lost time steadily on a very tight schedule and will continue to lose a further 5 minutes before arrival at the Depot at Reading. Classmate No. 57305 is being towed at the rear of this short consist.
