Sounds familiar? Having waited years to catch a Class 69, two turn up on the same day! The second part of a loco swap between Plymouth Park Sidings and Eastleigh sees Class 69 No. 69003 cruising through Hungerford two hours early on its return to Plymouth on 23rd March 2025. The loco had met up with with classmate No. 69005 travelling in the opposite direction at Reading earlier in the afternoon, presumably to exchange drivers.
