The sun is just coming out in time to rescue my 'wrong-side' shot of LMS 'Royal Scot' No. 46100 on the first leg of the 9-day tour of Great Britain from London Victoria to Plymouth on 26th April 2016. The train is leaving Bedwyn behind on the climb to Savernake with the loco not having to work hard enough for its exhaust to rival the clouds bringing unseasonable snowfall later in the day.
