Ex-works Class 33/0 No. 33014 approaches Norton Fitzwarren with oil tanks on 8th April 1982. The line to the West Somerset Railway diverges to the right, as did the Barnstable branch on a different alignment in the past. The triangle between the two is now relaid and used as a turning facility for WSR stock. The space to the left of the down main was occupied by a relief line which was the location just here of a fatal derailment at trap points early in WW2 (ref. 'Red for Danger' by Tom Rolt).
