Tinsley allocated Class 47/0 No. 47298 rests in Crewe Basford Hall Yard at the open day held on Sunday 27th August 1995. She was new to the Eastern Region of BR in August 1966 as Type 4 No. D1100 allocated to York MPD. Under TOPS renumbering she lost her individual class leading number to became anonymous Class 47 No. 47298 in February 1974. Transferred to Tinsley TMD in January 1990 she was named 'Pegasus' on July 27th that year. Her final reallocation was to Kingmoor TMD, Carlisle in October 2002 before being withdrawn with a main generator fault during October 2006 and scrapped in Rotherham by C F Booth's in May 2007.
