A very quiet mid afternoon in Glasgow Queen Street station on 23rd July 1986 finds Class 101 set number 101339 awaiting passengers. The leading vehicle is DMBS No. 51467, TCL No. 59554 is the middle car and DMCL No. 51532 brings up the rear. Time was running out for these and all would be scrapped in the end at the Mayer Newman Yard in Snailwell, Cambridgeshire.
