Class 156 No. 156510 is seen at Glasgow Central Station on Wednesday 20th December 1989 having just arrived on a service from Kilmarnock. Unlike the vast majority of the Class the final 14 units, all delivered to Corkerhill DMD in Glasgow during 1989, were painted in the Strathclyde Transport orange and black colour scheme from new. The unit is still allocated to Corkerhill Depot today some 25 years after this image was taken but now painted in the Transport for Scotland blue and white Saltire colour scheme.
