In a timeless scene at the Apedale Valley Light Railway Staffordshire taken on 22nd May 2016, the crew of 0-6-0WT No. 104, both dressed in World War 1 uniforms, catch their breath during a break in operations. No. 104 was built in Leeds by Hudswell Clarke in 1916 as works number 1238 and was shipped to Africa from Liverpool Docks to work in a gold mine in Ghana. During 1952 she fell into a river during a storm and was not recovered until 1995. Arriving at Apedale in 2008 and following a complete overhaul she re-entered service on the railway in 2014.
