A wide angle take on the scene at the hamlet of Little Bedwyn sees Class 66/5 No. 66508 City of Doncaster hurrying through with the West Drayton to East Usk Yard empties on 12th April 2024. The Wiltshire thatched cottages contrast with the more modern functional honeypot gauging station on the River Dun on the other side of the causeway, although the much-photographed church is obscured by the rampant stand of conifers which has appeared in recent years.
