Austrian Railways Class 1110 No. 11105301 stands among the mountains on DB track at Mittenwald with a passenger service on the international route to Austria heading south from Munich on 8th October 1985. It is likely that the working is a 'corridor train' travelling between parts of Austria separated by German rails - a situation which arose when the early integration of Austro-Hungarian railways was lost with the dissolution and dispersal of the empire.
