'Battle of Britain' Class Pacific Pacific No. 34060 '25 Squadron' takes on water beneath the magnificent signal gantry at Southampton Central on 17th December 1966, working a London Waterloo - Bournemouth express. New as air-smoothed SR No. 21C160 from Brighton Works in April 1947, it was rebuilt in November 1960. Withdrawal came in June 1967 and the loco was scrapped by Cashmore of Newport during May 1968.
