LSL Class 47/7 No. 47709 'The Lord Provost' is in charge of a Steam Dreams excursion from Colchester to Kingswear seen at Little Bedwyn on 9th August 2025. The steam element of the day starts later in the journey at Taunton. The loco is presumably an imposter as the original with that number is reported as having been scrapped at Eastleigh in 2012.
