On 26th June 2022, at the Minett Park 'TRAIN 1900' Fond-de-Gras terminus ALSACE-LORRAINE AL-T3 0-6-0T Tank No. 6114 performs some shunting moves in between working passenger services to Petange and Bois de Rodange. An interesting array of rolling stock can be observed at this location. Note the low roofed wagons on the far right, a reminder that this was once a major mining location with various connecting tunnels of restrictive dimensions. All mining activity ceased in 1963 and the line was subsequently closed, the iron ore found in the southern regions of Luxembourg having been part of the largest ore deposit in Europe.
