Following a bit of tinkering in the engine compartment this chap takes the somewhat precarious route back to the driving cab of Class 55 Diesel No. 55-177 when this scene was captured at Voluyak. This Class 55 is operated by TCB (Transport Construction and Reconstruction), a company whose main office can be found nearby in Sofia with additional operational branches in Plovdiv, Varna and Gorna Oryahovitsa. The TCB 1888 EAD branding on the front and cab side of the loco also confirms that this is a Sofia-based locomotive. TCB EAD is heavily involved with the reconstruction of the railway network in and around the Bulgarian Capital. Image recorded on 13th March 2025 as the crew wait for the green and the road towards Sofia Central with an empty rail train.
