The private Bulgarian freight operator TBD-TP has added a second Class 46 to it's fleet in recent months. As was the case with 46-109, this locomotive has also seen service in Serbia before being acquired by the Constantin Group in Romania. Previously numbered 40-1100 while in Romania 46-110 is pictured at Voluyak on 12th May 2023 waiting for the road south via the predominantly freight line towards Pernik and Radomir. The consist contains another load of open cast coal from the Bulgarian mines situated close to the Serbian border and destined for the massive Bo-bov Dol power station near Dupnitsa in SW Bulgaria.
