From the first batch of the Polish-built Pesa Swing Trams to arrive in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia, tram car No. 2304 is captured negotiating the busy inter-section at Sofia Central Railway Station. Working Route 27 from Gara Sofia Sever to zh.k.Borovo this service provides a direct and efficient link for passengers from Sofia North railway station to the city centre, a link that recently has become a vital connection while many main line railway services are terminating short at Sofia-Sever due to the ongoing upgrading project at Central Station. Fellow Swing Tram 2343 from a later delivery is heading for the same destination but by a different route via LINE 7. Image recorded on 23rd October 2024.
