CFL cargo Vossloh DE18 No. 305 waits for the road west at Wasserbillig Yard on 6th August 2025. CFL Class 3000 electric locos 3009 and 3010 form the western end of a ten loco consist of the Class which also included 3011, 3013, 3007, 3008, 3015, 3005, 3014 and 3016. The introduction of the new Class 2400 EMU sets on the Luxembourg to Arlon route has resulted in the Class 3000s being surplus to requirements. Due to the lack of storage sidings at the CFL Luxembourg Depot the ten locos were moved to Wasserbillig in April for storage.
