The heart of the city of Sofia on 23rd October 2024 with the St. Nedelya Cathedral providing the backdrop to Tram Car No. 3412 on Route 12. Heading south through he city, the display screen indicates that 3412 began it's journey at zhk.Vrabnitsa-1 and will terminate at pl.Zhurnalist (Journalist Square). Route 12 normally runs to/from Iliyantsi but due to the major road reconstruction in that area it seems that the 12 has been re-routed to run from an alternative location found on Route 6 to Obelya. One assumes that this is a temporary measure until completion of the work which is due to end in April 2025.
