PIMK Rail TP as yet un-branded SIEMENS Smartrons 80004 and 80 005 head eastbound away from Dragoman with an early evening intermodal service on 2nd May 2023. PIMK Rail continues to increase their fleet of Smartrons for their Bulgarian intermodal operation which continues to expand as we head into 2024. Only the state-run BDZ PP has more of this type of locomotive in service on the Bulgarian network, but only just!.
