Early morning at Pirdop on 14th October 2017, an image that in 2023/2024 would be impossible to replicate now that the BZK operation has relocated to Sofia following the loss of the Aurubis contract to state-run BDZ TP. Three GFR Class 40 electrics, six British Class 87 and a solitary GFR Class 55 make up this impressive line-up. Present are two Electroputere Class 40 Electrics led by 40-0817, Class 87 No. 87007 and another Class 40 in Rolling Stock livery. Then five Class 87s Nos.87002, 87029, 87004 Britannia, 87026 and 87028 with GFR Class LDH25 shunter No. 81-0719 attached on the far end.
