This side-on view of a BDZ TP Fighter (a nickname given to the Class 43 by local spotters) makes for an interesting composition. Attached to a lengthy rake of cargo wagons at Voluyak Yard 43552 waits time for a westbound departure on 3rd May 2023. Despite starting to look their age, these venerable Skoda 64E and 68E electric locomotives are still the mainstay of the BDZ operation on both freight and passenger duties.
